About me

I am an empathetic, caring and non-judgmental Integrative adult and young persons’ counsellor based in North Devon. This means I work together with the client, utilizing theories that suit individual personalities, to develop approaches that work for each person. I also offer the choice of creative ways in which to work, such as sand play, art, writing and puppets.

I am a highly experienced counsellor who has worked in a wide variety of environments, from a bereavement charity, medical centre, primary, secondary schools and college.

I work with bereaved clients, family therapy, clients whom have experienced trauma, domestic violence, anger, eating disorders, attachment issues, Suicidal thoughts and other personal challenges that life can present.

I enjoy being outdoors walking, surfing and horse riding.
I like to be with my family and friends cooking for them and hearing their news.  I also like to read both academic and fictional books. I am creative and if time allows I like to knit and do silk painting.
My other passions are music, art, film and healthy living by practicing yoga and mindfulness.
